As you may already be aware of, we are expanding our menu of fertility health services at CRM. We are proud to offer andrology services for men throughout the Twin Cities under the banner of CRM Andrology (formerly Allina Health Andrology Laboratory).
This is a logical next step for us as we have long prided ourselves on providing women, men, and couples with comprehensive fertility treatment and reproductive health services. Andrology – the field of medicine that focuses on male reproductive health – is a crucial part of providing holistic services for the couples who come to us seeking answers and treatment for their reproductive needs.
We know our current and prospective patients will have questions about what the addition of CRM Andrology to our family will mean for them so we’ve answered some of the most common questions in the following FAQ. Enjoy!
What does the launch of CRM Andrology mean for your practice?
It means a lot to us that we have been successful enough in our reproductive health practice to be in a position to add andrology as a service we can provide for our patients. We are thrilled as we will now be an all-inclusive practice. Our andrologists are highly experienced and excellent technicians.
The technology of diagnosing and treating male infertility is constantly evolving. The physicians are excited to further partner with Dr. Carrell as he is word renowned in the discipline of andrology. As we’ve written about before, male infertility is a crucial issue facing men and couples in the Twin Cities and throughout the western world.
What is the day-to-day appointment or appointment-by-appointment effect of CRM Andrology on your existing fertility patients?
Our goal is to make scheduling and billing seamless. We wouldn’t have made the decision to grow with CRM Andrology if it meant taking away from the customer service and patient experience we are known for at CRM.
What are the benefits of CRM Andrology for prospective patients?
State-of-the-art diagnostics, hassle-free scheduling, and transparent billing practice are something prospective andrology patients can look forward to. We do everything via scheduled appointment only in order to ensure a quality client experience and efficient turnarounds on test results.
What steps are being taken to ensure that the culture of CRM will continue to be reflected in your services as you continue to grow?
We’ve built something special at CRM and would never take any action to detract from the reputation we’ve earned among patients and referring physicians.
The patient will always come first. CRM patients will have the opportunity to have the most up-to-date testing and treatment as we partner with Dr. Carrell and his staff. We look forward to serving not only our current patients, but also providing services for patients referred to us by ObGyn providers and urologists in the community.
